Project Overview
Carole Gilman has taught piano in the Troy area for over 30 years, from first lessons to students preparing for recitals, festivals and college auditions. She needed a site that shows what makes her studio different and makes it easy for families to get in touch.

Challenge
Her old site was a basic template. It didn’t show the warmth of the studio, and it didn’t explain the two things that set her apart: her point system and the Michigan Music Festival.

My Approach
A warm, welcoming design built around three things: decades of teaching, a point system that keeps students practising, and real chances to perform. Her phone number and a “Schedule a Lesson” button are at the top of every screen.

What I built

• A new site for a studio with 30+ years of teaching and 200+ students taught

• Clear sections for lessons, programs, the point system and the festival

• A contact form and a map, so families can reach her easily

• Built to work well on a phone
