Project Overview
Threshold Property Services handles estate cleanouts, hoarding cleanup, biohazard and trauma scene cleanup across Genesee and Oakland counties, and out to Lansing, Howell and Saginaw. The site had to explain hard, sensitive work clearly and make it easy to ask for a quote.

Challenge
People who find this site are often dealing with a death, a hoarding situation or a crisis at home. They need to trust the company within seconds. A generic or cluttered site would lose them.

My Approach
A dark, calm design with strong type and a gold accent, so it reads as serious and discreet. The page walks through the services, how the process works and where Threshold goes, and answers common questions in an FAQ. The phone number and a “Get a Quote” button stay at the top of every screen.

What I built

• A complete site for a new company, from the first draft to launch

• The service area spelled out, so people know straight away if Threshold covers them

• Hours shown up front: seven days a week, 7am to 9pm

• One clear written price before any work begins, explained on the site

• Built to work well on a phone
